Scottie Piersel is a pipemaker from Kansas City, Missouri. Classic shapes are her focus, though the combinations of materials and finishes are oftentimes anything but classic - Scottie has made a point to imbue her work with a distinctly modern American interpretation of color and variety that is an innovative approach to timeless shaping. In the past few years, Scottie has developed quite a following with her "Scottie" line of pencil-shanked pipes, which are reinforced with stainless steel to make them virtually indestructible. The details are, as all high-end artisan pipes should be, always perfectly executed, and Scottie is truly at the top of her game. She's been featured in Pipes & Tobaccos magazine and her work is award-winning. What else is there to know? Perhaps that she is one of the most genuine people you could ever meet, which makes representing her work all the more gratifying.

Piersel Pipes "Scottie" Relief Blasted Rhodesian. |
The rhodesian is a classic in the "Scottie" pipes repertoire, but it's not a shape you see Scottie make all that often. The stem is an aubergine-purple brindle ebonite which lends some further natural tones to a very earthy-looking pipe.
